Brief introduction of the most commonly used spinning method, basic principles of ring, open-end and air-jet spinning.

Presentation and demonstration of possibilities for design and production of linear textiles in semi-production lab FT TUL (ring spinning, open end spinning, direc twist).

Evaluation of specific parameters of woven textile products from its view via Image Analysis by participants.

Data processing and comparison with expectations leading to verification of hypothesis that the quality of linear textile product influences the quality of woven textile.
