Factors affecting the measurement of photochromic materials
My doctoral work includes studying the influencing photodegradation parameters of photochromic dyes (photo merocyanine) form under continuous UV irradiance. It includes examining the photochromic dyes’ kinetic and photo-fading behaviour by developing measurement protocols and analysing data under diverse measurement protocols. Physicochemical characterisation of photochromic systems.
